AVERAGE ORDER COMPLETION TIME
We start building your cabinet order after you have approved the shop drawings and made a deposit. For small to average-sized projects, it takes approximately two weeks for cabinet production. For larger or more complex cabinet designs it can take closer to three weeks to build.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION:
We normally deliver and install all cabinet projects. Occasionally during high production season cabinets may be delivered and installed by a trusted subcontractor.
AVERAGE ORDER COMPLETION TIME
Our stair order turnaround time is typically one week for average orders, and two weeks for larger or more complicated stair designs.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION:
Our custom stairs are finished on-site, delivered and installed by a trusted subcontractor.

Most simple projects, like mantels & cedar millwork, can be done in one week. Larger project timelines can vary, as well as projects involving exotic woods that take an extended time for sourcing.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION:
Typically we are installing our work, so the product would arrive on the truck with our installation team. We can also ship millwork orders if needed.
SITE-FINISHED OR PRE-FINISHED?
Most of our completed wood design projects have the option to be prefinished or finished on site. There are a few exceptions depending on the complexity of the project.

Preliminary pricing can usually be given over the phone or in-person if there are enough details available for a full quote. Project inspiration, drawings, blueprints, dimensions, and pictures can be sent in by email, fax, or dropped off in person. Those will help our estimating department give you an accurate quote on materials, timeline, and budget options.
